Our House
Alpha House, Inc. is
an adult residential therapeutic community that includes a community
outreach component and outpatient services.
Our community is comprised of two majestic old homes in one of
Pittsburgh’s most beautiful neighborhoods.
We
provide a cognitive behavioral approach to motivate adults addicted to
alcohol and other drugs to improve their physical, emotional, vocational
and spiritual well being so they can become productive members of
society.
Our vision is that
every substance abuser shall receive high quality, comprehensive
treatment for his/her addiction resulting in improved self esteem and
become a permanent productive member of society.
Alpha House has been
providing quality care and effective services in a firm loving
therapeutic environment for more than 35 years.
We help our residents overcome the challenges of addiction by
implementing innovative strategies.
